City budget subject of Tuesday's hearings

The City of Clarendon will hold public hearings next week on the proposed 2008-2009 municipal budget and new tax rate.

The Donley County Relay for Life that was scheduled for June 6 has been cancelled due to a lack of participation. The committee is sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  An alternative event is being planned for this fall.  If you have any questions please contact Relay for Life chairman Brandi Havens at 874-4804.
