Early
voting starts August 27
Early
voting by personal appearance begins next Wednesday, August 27, in an
election that will determine the fate of Clarendon’s street paving
proposal.
Registered
city voters may cast ballots “for” or “against” the issuance of
$2.5 million in certificates of obligation. Polls will be open from 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m. at City Hall, and early voting will continue through September
9, 2003.
Election
day will be Saturday, September 13, 2003.
