Man
charged with DQ heist
By Roger Estlack, Clarendon
Enterprise
A
Clarendon man is in the Donley County Jail this week after he allegedly
stole $1,200 in cash from the local Dairy Queen.
Sheriff
Butch Blackburn said an investigation of the March 14 crime resulted in
the arrest of Christopher Harris, age 19, for burglary of a building and
possession of marijuana.
Blackburn
said Harris confessed to the crime and was being held in the jail on a
$2,500 bond, but that bond was put on hold because the accused was already
on probation on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
