Butler

Graveside services for William Oscar Butler, Jr., were held Friday, March 15, 2002, at 3:00 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Memorial-Park Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, California. 

Mr. Butler died March 12, 2002, in Encino, California.  He was born October 31, 1920, in Clarendon.  He served in the Army and was stationed at the Pampa Air Base.

Survivors include his wife Barbara of 52 years; two sisters, Kati butler Haney of Aberdien, Miss., and Virginia Butler Reese of Hawthorn, CA; several nieces and nephews including Janie Lee Butler Hill of Clarendon; great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews.
