Booth

Funeral services for Shirley Marie Booth, age 59, were held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2002, in the Clarendon Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Bill Hodges, Pastor, officiating.  Burial was held in Citizens Cemetery under the direction of Robertson Funeral Directors, Inc., of Clarendon.

Mrs. Booth died Saturday, October 19, 2002, in Erick, Oklahoma.  She was born December 2, 1942, in Clarendon and had been a lifelong Clarendon resident.  She married Kenneth Dale Booth on February 6, 1959, at Clarendon.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Clarendon Church of the Nazarene.

She was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Dale Booth, on May 14, 1994, and her other siblings.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Booth of Clarendon; one daughter, Sheryl Carter of Erick, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Gary Carter, Tony Carter, and Kyle Carter all of Erick, Oklahoma, and Kenny Booth and Josh Allred, both of Clarendon; and two great grandchildren, Caleb Carter of Scott City, Kansas, and Dylan Booth of Clarendon.
