Graveside
services for Bobbie June Franklin, age 71, of Amarillo were held at 11:00
a.m. on Monday, February 17, 2003, at Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor
Phil Mercado, associate pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church, officiating.
Arrangements were under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral
Directors in Amarillo.
Mrs.
Franklin died Friday, February 14, 2003.
She was born June 8, 1931, in Amarillo to Wesley and Minnie Murphy.
She married Fred Franklin in January 1966.
She lived in Pawnee, Oklahoma, for many years before retiring to
Clarendon. She then moved to
Amarillo.
She
was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Franklin; her mother and
father; brothers and one sister; and one daughter, Elaine Crider.
