Helton

Funeral services for Lorene Helton, age 84, were held at Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home in Amarillo at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 2004, with Pastor Billy Nickel and Art Lynch, officiating.  Graveside services and interment were held in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Memorial Park Funeral Home of Amarillo.

Mrs. Helton passed away on October 16, 2004.  She was born May 7, 1920, in Post Texas, to Louis Franklin Barrow and Mary Ethel Barrow.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Glynn Helton, her parents, and brothers and sisters.

Survivors include Donnie Helton and his wife Rhonda and Clyde Helton; a brother, Alton Barrow; grandchildren, Brad Helton and wife Jennifer and Jennifer Trujillo and husband Bobby; and great grandchildren, Zach, Braden, Benjamin, Brendan, Jaden, Jazmin, and Aliza.
