Pauline Margaret Jones, 94, died Friday, February 15, 2008, in Clarendon.

Graveside services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 18, 2008, at The Chapel at Fairview Cemetery in Memphis with Rev. Darrell Burton, Pastor of the Martin Baptist Church in Clarendon, officiating. Burial was held at Fairview Cemetery in Memphis. Services were under the arrangement of Robertson Funeral Directors.

Pauline was born February 11, 1914, in Delta County, to Oscar and Nancy Ragsdale Cockerham. She married Grady B. Jones on April 2, 1931, in Hollis, Okla. She had been a resident of Clarendon since 1932. She loved to quilt. She also loved family gatherings and loved to cook for the gatherings. She was a Baptist. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady on November 4, 2005; her parents; three sons; two daughters; two brothers; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include three sons, Grady B. Jones, Jr. and wife Sue of Big Sandy, Troy Eugene Jones and wife Carol of Amarillo, and Bobby Ray Jones of Chandler; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and 1 great-great-great grandchild.
